a beautiful flower kept with half of its leaves looking fresh in a wooden vase..well the concept came all of a sudden..i made a rough sketch with 2B pencil not so sure what the result will be..as i was not much into paintings loved the work with pencils..i took some brown color n spread it off on the paper..making it darker to give a wooden wall look,then made the vase using dark brown color spread it over keepin in mind the light effects...left it over n completed the leaves n flower..as i didnt want it to be gaudy i used minimum color..using shades of just two colors green n brown..then using white i ended up with the shine on the vase..i m proud of this one..love the shades of the vase..wat u say
